Picket Fence Vids: Full Circle.

A few people requested that I put up longer highlights of this match (Roland Garros 1999 R128). As background, this match was Federer’s grand slam debut.

I mostly included the Federer points and some of the commentary, although – making the highlights, I was reminded of what a brilliant volleyer Pat was. Legend in his own lunchtime. 



And the Fedgasm from the Cincy final – reminiscent of a point during the third set of the US Open semifinal between these two, at the exact same scoreline.
