Yes. I’m a horrible person, but let it be known that ellesse, Nadia’s Italian sponsor, makes horrible sportswear.
Indeed, I spent half the year wondering if Nadia Petrova was wearing her clothes inside out. Which, unfortunately for ellesse, she wasn’t.
Sometimes, you just have no excuse.

No clothes can make Nadia Petrova look good. Sorry doots, but that’s the ugly truth of the matter!
aww I’m not talking about looking drop-dead gorgeous here. But some of the clothes she wears from ellesse are ridiculous.
You cruel cruel woman! Of all WTA players, Nads is the only one who should not have a fashion post devoted to her! I actually think she’d look better in simpler lines. No-fuss shorts and shirt. A little bit like Kuzzy who, on the other hand, I think should get more complex outfits. Kuzzy is gorgeous when she cleans up. It’s time Fila treats her right (if she’s still under contract with them). Or she can just ask her friend Vee to wear some of her design!
Julie, as far as I know, Kuzzy isn’t with Fila. I’m not sure that she’s ever been with them. I’ve heard somewhere that she wears their stuff for free.
It makes me angry, to see a beautiful, talented, accomplished woman who has been as high as No 2 in the world, go without a sponsor. People are blind.
