Federporn Friday: I’m tomorrow’s future.
By the time this goes up, it’ll be Christmas Day in Australia and most likely Christmas Eve for those of you living in ‘backward’ time zones.
Christmas is a time for family, which usually means that you end up having screaming, crying little shits running around your house, hogging the TV, and helping themselves to your childhood possessions.
Ahh… the spirit of whatever.
Which brings me to the theme for this week’s Federporn Friday: Roger and the little ones.
It’s no coincidence that when I set out to find pictures of Fed with children, I was flooded with them.
Part of it is his personality, but part of it also credits the work he does in promoting tennis and providing relief through his foundation and Unicef. I’d love to see another visit to South Africa or South-East Asia by Mirka and himself sometime.
If this one doesn’t deep-fry your ovaries, you’re not a woman.
Color me surprised if Roger’s man-ovaries weren’t melting in that photo. He totally wanted to steal her.

It’s Christmas Day my time, Doots. Roger looks really sweet with girls. Wonder how he’ll handle a miniature of himself and how he’ll take to the racquet-throwing should that mini-Rog decide to take up tennis, tee-hee.

Awwh, ain’t he lovely. He looks just so at ease with kids. Not doing wonders for the state of my ovaries, but he’s gonna be a great daddy for Myla and Charlene. :3

awww… so cute. i remember how lovely it was at the FO this year… he was walking with that little girl up to the podium and gave her this gentle little pat on the head before he went up the stairs and made friends with the coup dm! i cannot wait to see him with the mighty babes at tournies… can you imagine how you’d feel if rog had a kim c like moment with the girls walking around on court after rog wins another slam?! definitely burst-inducing!
Way for Roger to finally improve his Hawk-Eye record? 😛
Was just reading an article from The Times (unrelated to tennis) about certain scandals in sport this year,and this majorly brought out the LOLs:
“We relish sport because it is, at least at some level, fair. When England face Germany in the World Cup final, it would spoil the thing if the Germans had bribed the referee — or for that matter, if the English had. It would spoil Wimbledon if Mirka Federer had rigged Hawk-Eye for Rodge. It would be shattering to learn that the Jamaican Government had doped its athletes.”
The image I now have of Mirka running around the inside of Centre Court during a Fed match trying to hack into the program in all-black,balaclava,and a two slings for the twins 😛 is just too much! 😉
