Sveta could fall to Wickmayer or even Li Na. Caro won’t last. But Jankovic, could she go back to back?
Roger’s at least got to be better than 3rd round, right? He actually needs the match practice.
Well really, Sveta could fall to *anyone*. And just as easily, she can beat anyone.
Depends on which version of Sveta turns up.
I guess doots our frazzles are exactly alike,I too am going for the pattern followed in 2007.If however at the end of the year it mirrors 2007 I will be a very happy fan indeed….except for the mono of course 😦
No kidding. I could do with another 2007. I really could.
Mono was 2008. Fed finished 2007 in Shanghai, playing tennis so pornographic it should’ve been illegal.
Heck, yeah. That was when he went past Nadal in under an hour(!!!) , and Nadal was playing at a how-the-heck-did-he-do-that level. The best of times.
The mono was diagnosed in 2008 he had the symptoms from Dec 2007, thought it was a cold.Yeah the tennis in Shanghai was totally sublime ….you’re right it should have been made illegal, after the Roddick match I lost count of the fedgasms 😀
Even the one he lost against Gonzo was fab. *sigh* That’s why AO came as a shock.
But he looked ghastly in AO 2008 *shudders* .I hope as fedfans we don’t go through that again* fingers crossed pemanently*
Poor deme. She’s likely to meet henin in the second round AGAIN. Seems like Tennis Gods lack compassion/mercy for her at the moment. 😦
But either way, Henin FTW…….. 😀
Counting on Henin to win here. Hopefully, she’s less excited now on some of those returns and can actually go a few rounds to keep me entertained
If Roger meets Simon, I hope he can turn that H2H around. At least get one win in there…
me too elisha, but Simon has to get past Berdych I think. And he hasn’t been relevant for too many months now.
Best not to get too hopefully about Feddy, but his draw isn’t too awful. I still haven’t decided on whether he’ll fall at the hands of Birdy or Cilic, but I’m glad that there could be no possibility of a Fedal semi. I’d say Djoko may have the brickiest draw of the four but like you said, overall it’s fairly even.
Agreed about Kuzzie’s draw, especially her quarter which seems really rather good. Wonder how far Caro’ll make it.
As Masha is out, I’m rooting for Kuzzy or Venus to win! Would also love Sammy to do well, but everytime I root for her, she plays crap! So I may be her jinx!
As for Fed’s draw, not too bad but I thought the same for Indian Wells! As we’re all not sure how his form is, I’m just gonna go with the old cliche and take it one match at a time.
Simon and Baggy in his quarter? f&ck. And if anyone sees Gwen Stefani..don’t let her in!!
Catching up on all the tennis as I have been largely dead during Indian Wells, and even more so after Fed lost…soooo…
Think I’m up for frazzling about Miami. The fact that Baggy the Bagman is in Fed’s quarter AGAIN is enough to make me wanna hurl…now.
Tennis is really bad for my health but what would I do without all the Fedgasms????
They’re finally showing Miami on Tennis Channel and I am going to miss it because I have an exam tomorrow. I really wanted to see the Berdych-Federer match 😦
Simon and Bagdhatis both got taken care of for Roger…! Cilic is in Roger’s half, right? That should be interesting if they meet…
“Birdy to be responsible for the torture of Federbear.”
Oh no! I hope Mirka took good care of Federbear bc I see you’re already planning how to torture him! poor Federbear!
=o)
I do hope Roger will play great without making so many unforced errors. Since it’s going to be in the evening, my neighbors might be scared to hear me screaming at the tv. Think about my neighbors, Roger!!
Totally correct predictation unfortunately. 61 unforced errors from Fed the Turd. Can we put him back in the cupboard !?!? Again he had match point and lost. numerous opportunity to put the match to bed but didn’t.
I suppose Berdy deserved this one.
Too bad Nando didn’t double-fault away a loss to Cilic – coulda been the kid’s golden opportunity, with Fed now out. If I were a Fed fan, I’d be FED UP. But I’m not.
Federbear was tortured! And me too . . . .:(
😦
