Picket-Fence Vids (by PJ): US Open – it is upon us!
Oh my GAWD, is the US Open season upon us? Like, soon? I’m SO NOT READY. But Olympus US Open Series videos are up, so ready or not, it must be coming.
Firstly, the preview with everyone-ish in it. Lookit Rogie being all fierce and serious in his “Tennis” shirt. ISN’T HE ADORBS? Also, I’m kinda eh about why Ana Ivanovic is featured.
One of Feddy’s BEST. VIDEOS. EVER. How CUTE is he? Teaching us how to hit a tweener, telling us to “hit is hard” and “be very very careful” and that SLKDJGSDKJFKSDJKJF bit where he cracked up and looked so effing SKDFJSDKJGFSKDGJSKFDJD I JUST WANNA SQUISH HIM!!! Clearly, I’m not capable of being coherent so if I’m to write on, it’ll continue this way: SKDJFKSDJFKSJDFSKJDF IN HIS SWEATPANTS so I’ll stop.
=Rafa talked about pasta. Not sure why pasta, but I didn’t realise he was speaking in English until I watched it for the second time, har har. But seriously, his accent kills me. And he looked like a little kid just wanting to sink his chops into some pasta. Heh.
Mandy talked about how hard he trained until his whole team got injured. Or something like that. It took me about 6 tries and a cup of coffee to understand him because I kept falling asleep before the video ended. His voice is THAT boring and monotonous. Zzzzzz.
Andy-R and Rere shared a video talking about Twitter, as they are probably the two most active Tennis Tweeters. I have to say Rere is looking really pretty in pink <3. Andy-R is hilarious. I don’t really like him on-court (his game, per say) but I gotta say I enjoy him off-court. He’s a hoot.
Aww, Mama Kim. She’s not one of my favourites, but it’s hard not to feel happy for her after her successful return last year and how cute is her daughter?
Venus, please do well this season. Don’t go breaking my heart (you broke my heart in AO, by the way. I WATCHED YOU LOST). Hit the ball hard. Whack it. Hold nothing back. You go, girl.

US Open, folks. Frazzling yet? I have to say though, I’m not. I’m totally ZEN. ZEN I SAY.

It would be weird if there isn’t a Nole one,his record for the last 3 years has been a final and two semifinals,and he’s no.2 in the world (okay,don’t think about that one…),come on USO Series people!
Also yeah,I don’t understand the inclusion of Ana,if this was a French Open commercial it’d be fair enough,but she’s done nothing at the USO.Ever.And she’s 64 in the world,hmm methinks her looks might just help *shocker*!She’s kind of adorable though,like her or not…
oh yes, it’s upon us already. next week i am going to see some of these guys hitting balls here at ucla, before the tournament starts in ten days. how much will rafa play? one or two masters before the open? and roger? hopefully he’ll come back strong. but it all depends on how fit he is. and yeah, ana is there because of her beautiful smile. i wonder if we will see tommy haas again, he’s such a great player and likable guy, too bad he’s been out almost all year.
I saw Roger’s vid and went SKDFJKDJFJDHFLJHD too ; Is it legally permissible for a man to be so ridiculously cute ? You don’t even want to watch the rest of the vids after you watch that one.

Okay but I really am frazzling. When Roger last lost Wimbledon in 08 he had no confidence in the HC and lost to Simon and Dr.IVo… I’m so scared. Please Rog find your game…and fast!
Yeah, but Roger did win the US Open that year too so it wasn’t all bad post Wimby 08.
